Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Processing: Allow 3-7 business days to process orders. Some furniture may be "Made to Order" with longer lead times (noted on product page).

  • In-Stock vs. Backorder: In-stock items ship within the processing window. Backordered items have an estimated restock date listed.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Parcels (Sheets, Lamps): Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Freight (Furniture): Shipped via common carrier (e.g., SAIA, XPO).

3. Delivery Process for Freight Items

  • Appointment: The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

  • Service Level: Standard delivery is to your curbside or garage. Indoor placement may require an additional fee.

  • Inspection: Inspect all items thoroughly before the driver leaves. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading.

4. Shipping Damages & Claims
For concealed damages discovered after delivery:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours.

  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging.

  3. Save all packaging.
    We will assist in filing a freight claim.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply if the order has entered processing.
