Return & Exchange Policy

We want your bedroom to be a perfect sanctuary. Please review our policy for returns and exchanges, noting important conditions for hygiene and large items.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused, and resalable condition.

2. Condition & Packaging Requirements

  • Bed Sheets: Must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Bedside Cupboards & Desk Lamps: Must be in original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals. Furniture that has been assembled is generally not returnable unless defective.

  • All items must be free of any odors, stains, or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bed Sheets that have been removed from packaging, used, washed, or are missing tags.

  • Assembled Furniture (Bedside Cupboards) and used lamps.

  • Customized, final sale, or clearance items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper assembly.

4. Return Process & Fees

  • To Initiate: Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA are not accepted.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For large items (cupboards), shipping costs can be significant. We recommend a trackable, insured service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of large items (furniture) and opened bed sheet sets to cover processing and inspection.

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
To exchange for a different color or size, follow the return process. After your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately. For any damage or defects:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage/defect and all packaging.

  3. Do not discard any packaging.
    We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or prepaid return as needed.
